Fighting Poverty in Tulsa
In February 2006, Paul Harris writing for The Guardian highlighted Tulsa as representative of poverty in the United States. “Oklahoma is in America’s heartland,” he says. “Tulsa looks like picture-book Middle America. Yet there is hunger here.
