Board of Directors
The Board of Directors governs the activities, property, and affairs of the Junior League of Tulsa (JLT), providing strategic and forward-thinking leadership for the organization. The Board establishes and revises governing policies, ensures accountability to the mission and vision of JLT, and provides oversight of the organization’s financial health, long-term strategy, and organizational sustainability. Through policy governance, fiduciary oversight, strategic planning, and community representation, the Board ensures that JLT remains mission-focused and positioned for long-term impact.

Management Team
The Management Team is responsible for the operational leadership and implementation of the policies, strategies, and priorities established by the Board of Directors. The team manages the day-to-day activities of the Junior League of Tulsa, ensuring programs, initiatives, and administrative functions are carried out effectively and in alignment with the organization’s mission, strategic plan, and governing policies. The Management Team provides operational continuity, supports member engagement and community impact, and reports progress and outcomes to the Board.

Office Staff
The Office Staff supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the Junior League of Tulsa, providing essential coordination, continuity, and operational support. This role assists the Board of Directors and Management Team, supports member and community communications, and helps ensure League programs, initiatives, and administrative functions operate efficiently and in alignment with the organization’s mission, strategic plan, and governing policies.
