Renting Headquarters

Creating or hosting an event at the Junior League of Tulsa (JLT) Headquarters has never been simpler thanks to an updated, online rental system. Kim Smith, the JLT Headquarters Management Chair, explains the advantages of hosting an event at JLT:

“The best kept secret in town is how economical and easy it is to rent the JLT facility for your event,” she says. “You can bring in your own food and beverages. The location is convenient and parking is plentiful. The 2016-17 committee is working on a way to provide more amenities to our renters this year. It is truly a bargain, so spread the word!  We want everyone to know JLT is available for all kinds of events. From a birthday party to a fundraiser to a baby shower to a quinceanera to a corporate meeting or a wedding reception, we can fit your needs.”

Citing the price points and the perks, Smith says JLT is an attractive rental option, with rates starting at $110 for four hours. The rental includes use of the selected room or rooms, kitchen, A/V system, and use of all tables and chairs.

Alcohol may be served but only by a licensed bartender, and the renter must submit a copy of the license prior to the event. Renters are required to set up and take down all the tables and chairs and to empty the trash.  A $1 million personal liability insurance policy must be on file prior to the event.

*All rentals require a $75 cleaning fee. Events occurring after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends require a $40 security fee.
