Current Rental Rates

Corporate & Personal Rates

  • Mabee Room: $440 for up to four hours; $625 for all day
  • Conference Rooms (McFarland, Zarrow, or Tribune): $180 for up to four hours each; $260 for all day each
  • Full Facility (Mabee + all conference rooms): $1,025 for all day

Nonprofit Rates

  • Mabee Room: $310 for up to four hours; $440 for all day
  • Conference Rooms (McFarland, Zarrow, or Tribune): $110 for up to four hours each; $180 for all day each
  • Full Facility (Mabee + all conference rooms): $720 for all day

Additional Fees

  • $75 cleaning fee (required for all rentals)
  • $40 security fee for events after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends
