Impact
Impact is a community program of the Junior League of Tulsa that provides short-term and done-in-a-day volunteer assistance to nonprofit organizations and schools in the Tulsa area. The program supports JLT’s mission to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact by responding to immediate needs in the community.
How JLT Members Serve
Members serving on the Impact Committee complete a variety of hands-on projects throughout the year. Typical projects may include event support, assembling care packages, sorting donations, preparing program materials, or assisting with community activities hosted by partner organizations.
These volunteer efforts give members meaningful opportunities to serve while providing partners with reliable, trained support.
Who Can Request Impact Support
Tulsa-area nonprofits and schools may request Impact support for projects that align with the Junior League of Tulsa’s mission and focus on women, children, and families experiencing poverty, instability, or transition.
Request an Impact Project
Organizations interested in Impact support should email project details, volunteer needs, and preferred dates to community@jltulsa.org. Requests are reviewed by the Impact Committee on an ongoing basis as capacity allows.
