Requirements
- Renter must complete application and submit it to headquarters@jltulsa.org .
- JLT may require two weeks advance notice of rental date, based on availability.
- A refundable deposit of $50 will be provided prior to event.
- The balance due must be paid on or before the date of the rental.
- Alcoholic beverages must be served by a third-party vendor with the appropriate Oklahoma-issues license(s). Please initial after reading ____.
